Christmas Snow Review (1986) – Year-Round Tree 023

In today’s episode Nicky P and Lizzie are here to review Christmas Snow, a rare and beloved holiday favorite from Lizzie’s youth. While the movie triggers her nostalgia drip left and right, Nicky P is having a much different time. For him, the movie is a chaotic mess were no one’s motivations make any sense, the characters are all pretty crappy people and it might as well have been a one man show. Even Mona from Who’s the boss and a baby Mellissa Joan Hart can’t save this thing. Still that under an hour run-time is pretty sweet all things considered. Better us than you I guess.

Beverages For Round The Fireplace

Nicky P has discovered perhaps his new favorite beverage in today’s episode. He is practically twitching as he enjoys his Cranberry Mimosa’s that he was inspired to by Delish.com. A simple affair with cranberry juice and champagne, why had this not occured to him sooner.

Lizzie on the other hand has found a far different flavor to enjoy with her Chata Hot Chocolate care of thecookinchicks.com. And it’s just one ingredient more complicated than Nicky P’s with Cocoa, milk and Rumchata. So if fruity isnt your thing, maybe cocoa is.

Christmas Sweater Fever

Nicky P has decided today to run wild with Lizzies recurring nerd theme and has upped the ante himself in a chainmail vest with fur liner. Quite comfortable next to the fire or swinging a magic Battle Axe Of Dwarven Rage with a plus 5 modifier…sorry nerd life.

Lizzie has decided to bring back even more of her LOTR gear today with a fantastic ugly sweater telling the story of taking the ring to Mordor. I especially like the panel on Mount Doom.
