The Garfield Christmas Special Review – Year-Round Tree 006

In today’s episode we review one of Lizzie’s childhood Christmas favorites: A Garfield Christmas Special. It’s about something other than gifts…right? I assumed it was about lasagna. More things should be about lasagna. Instead we get more about Jon Arbuckle’s weird family, gluttony, Lou Rawls singing and Christmas commercials circa 1992; yeah that’s what it’s about.

Beverages For Round The Fireplace

Nicky P chose a beverage for aesthetic today and brought a bottle of peppermint schnapps in a gift bag like a very festive wino.

Lizzie ever the thrifter has opted for leftover New Years champagne, which she is taking straight from the bottle to the face. Always the classy one.

Christmas Sweater Fever

Nicky P has actually shown up in a sweater today. We’re not sure how they managed to create fuzzy disco ball pom poms but…the proof is in the ugly pudding.

Lizzie has decided that the best way to warm up the studio is to take some clothes off. Snowflake Pasties are probably not ideal but thank goodness there’s a roaring holiday fire.
